What is the minimum order?
Structures are quoted individually — a single marquee is a normal order — and printed camping tents start from 12 pieces with tiers as quantities grow.
How fast will my tent arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours. Printed panels and camping tents ship in about 2 weeks; large frame marquees and inflatable structures are made to order and take longer, and we give a real date.
Which structure should I choose?
A frame marquee for clear span on any surface. A stretch tent for an awkward site or a shape that photographs well. Camping tents for a village. An inflatable when it pitches twice a week and speed matters most.
Can the roof be printed?
On frame marquees and inflatables, yes, and it is the highest-impact panel if anyone sees the structure from above. On stretch tents artwork distorts across the tensioned curve, so a printed valance is the better answer.
What wind speed is it rated to?
Every structure ships with a written rating for its staked and ballasted configurations and a de-rig threshold. Drop the sidewalls first when it gets windy — walls turn a frame into a sail — then strike the roof.
Can it go on tarmac or concrete?
Yes, with ballast rather than stakes. Tell us the span, the height and how exposed the site is and we will specify the weight per leg rather than guessing.
Do you redraw artwork?
Yes, free. Send whatever you have and our design team rebuilds it as vector art scaled to the panel, then shows it on the actual structure outline before anything is printed.
Can I reprint panels for an existing frame?
Usually, yes — panels are the consumable and frames last years. Send the frame make and span and we will confirm the keder profile before quoting.
