A tent without walls is a roof. Most of the difference between an event that runs in poor weather and one that does not is in the parts nobody photographs: solid and glazed sidewalls, a floor that keeps furniture out of the mud, and enough ballast to hold it all down.

Sidewalls attach on a keder track or hook and loop, and can be swapped between solid, glazed and doorway panels as the weather and the layout change. Printing them is the cheapest large-format branding available for an event.
